Everyone has different days makes,and my parents and i have ,too. On school days,my mother always cooks and does housework ,she is tirtd every day,so she usually sleeps my father always helps me with study in the evening,so i often finish my homework early,i think my parents are very great. On weekend ,my family are very relaxed ,we don‘t have anything do ,so sometimes ,i play game with my best friend outside,it’s so happy ,and my mother sometimes goes shopping with my aunt,so we can eat something special ,they are the evening, we hardly ever watch TV,because we play mobile phone,although the mobile phone is not good for us,but we like them so much,because there are so many interesting my mother never stays up late to play mobile phone she says“don‘t play games all day,they aren’t good for us.” So,i hope everyone does something are good for our health.

每个人都有不同的日子，我和我的父母也有。上学的时候，妈妈总是做饭做家务，每天都很累，所以经常早睡。爸爸总是晚上帮我学习，所以我经常早点完成作业，我觉得我的父母很伟大的。周末，我的家人很放松，我们无事可做，所以有时我和我最好的朋友在外面玩游戏，很开心，我妈妈有时和我阿姨去逛街，所以我们可以吃点东西很特别，很好吃。晚上，我们几乎不看电视，因为我们玩手机，虽然手机对我们不好，但我们很喜欢它们，因为有很多有趣的东西。但是我妈妈她说从不熬夜玩手机“不要整天玩游戏，它们对我们不好。”所以，我希望每个人都做一些对我们健康有益的事情。
